Tribute to Cliff & The Shadows - featuring Neil Thomson & The Sapphires
The magical guitar melodies of the Shadows accompanied by the Peter Pan of Rock, Sir Cliff Richard, will take Centrestage as Peter Ross takes on the mantle of Hank B Marvin to pay tribute to the timeless sounds of this bygone era of rock n roll.
The Sapphires, headed up by batchelor boy Neil Thompson, will reprise a show which has its roots as far back as the PE Club days.
Peter Ross has spent a lifetime emulating the perfect Hank B Marvin tone.
Its nostalgia overdrive, so look out for evergreens such as Summer Holiday, Living Doll, Lucky Lips, Please Don’t Tease, Dancing Shoes and When the Girl in Your Arms, whilst Shadows fans will revel in songs such as the Theme to the Deer Hunter, Shadoogie, Shazam, FBI, Guitar Tango, Apache, Foot Tapper, The Rise and Fall of Flingel Blunt, Atlantis and many other well know favourites.
