there comes a time when the world has to stop, and pause....if not for an hour perhaps a day...such a time has come to be... that clock-stopping moment that leaves any moment there after as a wish to replay the same day, minute by minute. the are bands, then there is a brand... a brand becomes what people stay loyal to, and want to endorse, with all this being said we bring to you... the Shoelace brand Launch... with the five-pieced band based in Motherwell people have seen grow from strength to strength, stage through stage of their lives and yours...they have opened up for many artists namely: New Holland, Captain stu, Don't Panic, Jamali, Danny K, Uju, Poetic Soul, Xolani Fanu and Anne Rosenquist Fee and most recently Usher...when they won the Hansa Pilsner Legends in the making competition and were chosen as part of the six finalists to open up for Usher in orlando Stadium - Johannesburg “In 2010 we performed at the Fan Park festivals for the Fifa World Cup. That was our learning year for us in the industry. In 2011 we performed at the Grahamstown Festival and won a National Arts Festival Standard Bank Encore Award.” with all this said they have remained humble to their goal of letting people get to know them individually on and off the stage as the band consisting of Ndumiso Ntantiso, Zusakhe Gysman, Mvuzo Mnyaka, Xola Kulati and Sinoxolo Mbuthuma...these friends have played together enough to know that structure is important and they practice this statement through their vigorous rehearsal routines resulting in an eccetric on-stage presence... with all their efforts to bring u a once in a lifetime show, they showcase their talent and their branding which will last as such, a lifetime... when asked why shoelace? “A shoelace is a symbol of love and being together – shoelace ties things together and they don’t easily come undone... this night gurantees you knowing firstly: who shoelace is What they stand for and what Rockazsoul really means... “Rocker soul is a kind of music we created on our own according to the backgrounds we have as members.
