• The promoter of this contest is the Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism

• Anyone throughout the world may enter this contest, but the winner(s) must make themselves available in Port Elizabeth to claim the prize(s).

• There is no entry fee and you are not required to purchase any product to be eligible to enter this contest

• The route to entry for the contest is for registered users to answer a question correctly on the website.

• Closing Date for all entries is stated on the competition page and ends 12pm South African time on the date spesified there or when competition is marked as closed on the website.

• No responsibility or liability will be accepted for entries not having been received by the closing time whatever the reason for non-receipt may be.

• By entering this contest, entrants undertake to make the content of their submissions available, for the sole, unfettered and exclusive use of Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism in perpetuity for promotional purposes at no cost to Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism. Entrants will, however, be given verbal and written credit for submitting successful entries.

• Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism reserves the right to cancel or amend this contest and these terms and conditions without notice to potential and actual participants in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law,regulation, pre-existing right or any other event outside of the reasonable control of Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism. Any such changes to the contest will, however, be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the same means used to communicate the contest.

• Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism will under no circumstances be responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied in good faith in respect of prizes supplied by any third party in connection with this contest and will not enter into any correspondence on any dissatisfaction in this regard.

• No cash alternative to any of the prizes will be offered. Prizes will only be transferrable at the sole discretion of Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism and be subject to written confirmation by Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism. Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent or similar value without giving prior notice of its intention to do so.

• Winners are selected automatically by the system upon closure of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism reserves the right to withdraw the prize or select a replacement winner.

• Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism will notify the winner(s) when and where the prize(s) can be collected and such prizes must be collected at such place and time.

• The winner(s) agree to the use of his/her name and photographic images in any publicity material pertaining to the competition and/or Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism. Any personal data relating to the winner(s) and any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

•  By entering this contest, all entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
