More than half of the 6 000 spots available at the 33rd SPAR Women’s Challenge in Gqeberha have been snapped up despite the iconic event still being almost two months out. The online-entry cap has been upped by a thousand following a sold-out race in 2025 and it seems the revised target will be reached with time to spare. Read More

Madibaz footballer Lulama Manciya has been rewarded for years of hard work with a career-changing move to Highbury Football Club. The 22-year-old Mandela University student, who grew up in the rural Eastern Cape town of Lusikisiki, has been signed by the Motsepe Foundation Championship club after impressing in the SAB League.
