South African National Parks Week

SA National Parks Week dates 2015:

The week grants free access to most of the 21 national parks for day visitors, especially people from the local communities. It should be noted that free access to parks does not in include free access to accommodation facilities and other tourist activities. Some of the parks will be extending the week to include the weekend, as indicated below:

Karoo National Park 14 - 18 September 2015 ***First 100 visitors per day on the Saturday (19 September) and Sunday (20 September) gain free access.
Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park 14 - 19 September 2015
Kruger National Park 14 - 18 September 2015
Mapungubwe National Park 14 - 18 September 2015
Marakele National Park 14 - 18 September 2015
Mokala National Park 14 - 19 September 2015
