ICCA Ranking Submissions

Dear Business Events stakeholder.

We kindly request your collaboration in submitting data for the upcoming ICCA Rankings, specifically for qualifying events that have taken place within your province.

As you are aware, the ICCA Rankings play a pivotal role in showcasing the global impact and significance of business events within our regions. To ensure a comprehensive representation of association events that occurred in South Africa, we kindly ask that you submit a list of qualifying events.

As per ICCA's criteria, qualifying association meetings must meet the following conditions:

- Rotate between at least 3 countries/territories.

- Attract at least 50 participants for face-to-face interaction.

- Be held with a certain frequency (annual, biennial, triennial, etc.).

Your cooperation in providing this information is crucial for accurately reflecting the diverse and dynamic landscape of association events within our respective provinces. This collaborative effort will not only elevate the visibility of our region but also strengthen our collective presence in the global business events industry.
