SOUTH AFRICA’S COMEDY ROYALTY DESCEND ON THE BAY THIS WEEKEND

South Africa’s comedy royalty have sharpened their witty swords and are about to descend on The Boardwalk. Get ready for the Kings and Queens of Comedy this Saturday (28 May 2016) featuring Stuart Taylor, Chester Missing and Conrad Koch, Angel Campey, Tumi Morake, Loyiso Gola, Carvin Goldstone, Jason Goliath, Tracey Lee Oliver, Schalk Bezuidenhout and Simmi Aref at The Boardwalk International Convention Centre (ICC).

“With this royal flush of South African comedy giants, this is guaranteed to be a show of hysterical proportions. If a good laugh is what you’re looking for, then make sure your weekend peaks at a hilarious high with the Kings and Queens of Comedy,” says The Boardwalk Marketing Manager, Nqobile Majozi.

With no less than ten established comedians on the bill, and all boasting their own special brand of standup, Kings and Queens of Comedy is a show with something for everyone. From Taylor, who is best known for his role as presenter on SABC’s hit travel show, Going Nowhere Slowly, and his hilarious stage show, Learner Husband, to the inimitable Gola, the host of the twice Emmy-nominated Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola, and the often controversial yet always side tickling satirical puppet Chester Missing and his sidekick Koch, the show offers a diverse mix of hilarious characters and topics.

For ten of the best, rolled into one spectacular show, join the Kings and Queens of Comedy at 20h00. Tickets cost between R180 and R250 per person through Computicket.
