Nelson Mandela Bay Triathlon hosts the 2023 African Triathlon Cup and South African Triathlon Championships in Gqeberha, Nelson Mandela Bay on Sunday 19th March and look forward to welcoming athletes from around the World.

The following events will take place in Nelson Mandela Bay on race day;

2023 African Triathlon PREMIUM Cup Nelson Mandela Bay 

* Elite athletes only
* $4,000 prize money
* Standard Distance Triathlon - 1.5k Swim / 40k Cycle / 10k Run

PLUS we will be also hosting a SOCIAL Standard Distance Triathlon for athletes 18yrs+ not representing their Province and still keen to race with best in the country AND we'll also be hosting a INTRODUCTORY Triathlon (Super-Sprint Distance) for those 12yrs + keen to get into triathlon
