Official 5km Run and braai competition sponsored by Algoa Bus in colaboration with Bay TV and NMB Tourism.

Start/finish from Kings Beach at 07h15, cut-off time 08h30. Prize giving at 09h00.

R4000 worth of prizes in the braai competition - only 10 teams permitted.

No open fires - skottles and Webers welcome.
