The 27th edition of the Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer presented by ISUZU MOTORS South Africa will be held in Gqeberha, East London and George on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Bring a friend and join the thousands who step out in memory or support of those affected by cancer over the five kilometre course.
