Algoa FM Charity Golf Day

The Aurora Special Care Centre has been selected as the beneficiary of the Algoa FM Charity Golf Day hosted with Ronnie’s Motors Commercial, to be held at the Port Elizabeth Golf Club on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
The funds raised will go towards the purchase of a standing frame / tilt table.

“Aurora was chosen because of the way they care for children and adults with disabilities in the centre,” says Algoa FM managing director Alfie Jay.

The 2026 theme for the fun Algoa FM Chairty Golf Days is “the ‘80’s” to mark the station’s 40th year of broadcasting.
