If you are hearing stories about your cousin’s wife who got up on stage and impersonated a chicken laying a square egg you can be sure that Andre the Hilarious Hypnotist is in town. The bilingual hypnotist with a pen-chant for jokes about Bloemfontein and the East Rand is as much a comedian as a stage performer in his own right. Often mistaken as a magician and mind reader Andre the Hilarious Hypnotist has become South Africa's house hold name in hilarious hypnotic entertainment. Andre's shows have members of the audience volunteer and take part in a two hour laugh a minute session of hilarious routines. Each show provides its own set of hilarious situations as each show differs due to the fact that no two nights’ volunteers are ever the same. Having stayed away from P.E. for the past 5 years, Andre brings us a revolution in hypnotic entertainment in which volunteers are transformed into modern day singers in more ways than one and is great entertainment for the whole family. PE will be one of the first cities to enjoy a new twist in Andre’s show. Shows run in Port Elizabeth at Uptown Theatres in Park Drive from Monday 13 September to Saturday 18 September with Monday and Tuesday nights discounted at R50 for all.
