Art & Games Holiday Programme
The Art of Learning will be running another popular ART and GAMES Holiday Programme!
Great indoor fun, keeping minds and hands active!
A safe and fun environment and peace of mind for parents and parents welcome too!
Dates: Mon 4 December 2017 to Tuesday 16 January 2018.
Times: Choose your times and days. We are open 08h30 to 16h30 on Weekdays, as well as Saturday mornings 08h30 to 12h30 (earlier or later times can be arranged) we are CLOSED on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Who can attend: All ages, Learners on break and Adults on Leave, from potty-trained to retired.
Fees: R50 per hour per person, with all Art-making tools and materials provided. Discounts for advance multiple booking (for 3 or more days or students).
Venue: 18 Frank Street (Between 6th & 7th Avenues), Newton Park, Port Elizabeth.
What to bring: a snack, cold drink and an old T-shirt for messy art projects.
Choices of Art Projects:
Painting: Oil, Acrylic, Gouache, Watercolour;
Drawing: Pencil, Charcoal, Pastel, Pen and Ink, Pencil Crayon;
Calligraphy; Perspective Drawing; Working with Clay, Creating with shells, Paper crafts such as Papier-Mache and paper marbling, Making and decorating a jewelry or money box, 3-D Object Construction; Collage and Mixed Media; Clothing Decorating & Fabric Painting; Beadwork & Jewelry-Making; Cartooning; Pop-Up Images; Crafts and more!
Choices of Games:
Pictionary, Chess, Bananagrams, Scrabble, Boggle, Stratego, Draughts, Mahjong, Backgammon, Monopoly, Othello, Dominoes, etc.
Because we provide individual attention, each student attending the Holiday Programme can be doing something different.
Places are limited and we fill up quickly therefore advance booking is essential!
