Art Studio Meander

The 2015 Art Meander strives to give the public an opportunity to experience artist studios at their leisure over two days. The public choose their preferred route from the map. Visit studios more than once over the two days. Meet the artists, engage in their beautiful creative spaces, have the opportunity to chat to them about their art and to do some shopping while supporting the local creative industry. The 2015 Art Meander provides this unique opportunity at only R20 per map per car. 14 Studios will open their doors to the public from 9am to 4pm on Saturday the 5th of December and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday the 6th of December 2015. This year the art meander boasts with over 100 artists and art students work on display. Purchase a map at R20 per car and this allows free entry into the studios, the public has the opportunity to quell their curiosity, see what's new on the art scene and purchase work direct from the artist. The art studio meander runs once a year and some of the artists include: painters, printers, mosaic, pottery, photography, illustrators, sculptures, crafters, collage artists, and many more.
