The Introduction to Coaching worskhop is being presented in collaboration with The Coaching Centre from Cape Town. The workshop is ideal for those considering a career as a life or business coach, as well as for: Company HR personnel to become internal coaches Managers/business leaders who want to improve their business performance through engaging their team in a more collaborative and empowering way HRD consultants to add a valuable skillset to their portfolio The outcomes of the workshop is to enable delegates to: Understand and define the principles, boundaries and ethics of coaching. Differentiate between coaching, counselling, mentoring, therapy and teaching.
