Burns Nicht Supper

The Port Elizabeth Scottish Association will be holding the Burns Nicht Supper on Saturday, 11 February 2017 to celebrate Scotland’s National Bard, Robert Burns.
The event will consist of a three-course meal which will include Haggis, piped into the diningroom and the traditional ‘Address to the Haggis’.
The programme will also include the Immortal Memory, the Toast to the Lassies and the response to the Laddies as well as Burns’ songs and poetry.
This function is combined with the official visit of the Chieftain of the Cape Province, Andrew MacDonell and Lady President Claude.
The Algoa Caledonian Pipe Band will be in attendance.
The Venue will be the P.E. St. Georges Club in Bird Street, where there is plenty of safe parking.

For catering purposes the cut off date for bookings is Monday 6th February 2017.
