Celebrate shut-down with free comedy

There is free comedy with funny men Martin Evans and Tats Nkonzo for all those celebrating the annual year-end shut-down (and those wishing they were) in The Boardwalk Action Bar on Friday, December 14.
Evans describes himself as a “cynical grouch with a sense of humour that is intelligent and sophisticated”.
But, don’t take his word for it.

Nkonzo, an Eastern Cape born stand-up comedian who plays the guitar….a lot - has a unique brand of observational humour.
He quickly established himself as “a comic force to be reckoned with” after first appearing on the stand-up scene a few years back.
As it’s the end of the year, the two promise “no serious talk, just funny business” on Friday, December 14 from eight thirty in the evening till late that night.
Freshly-made bar snacks are available for those wanting to get together to celebrate 2012 before the show.
