Lionel is the winner of the National Elvis tribute artist contest hosted at Carnival City. He has been performing for more than 22 years. In his own words "Nobody has ever had the influence on me that Elvis Presley has had. He was, is and will always be the King of Rock 'n Roll." Many people would have loved to have been at one of Elvis' concerts, but were never given the opportunity. Lionel attempts to recreate what that sensation would have been like. Lionel has one motto "Elvis was a tough act to follow, so if you're going to attempt it, you'd better pay attention to the finest of details." Lionel's repertoire covers all eras of Elvis' career, from hits made famous in the 1950s up to his untimely death in 1977.
