Evening Story-time

Come to Alliance Française, 17 Mackay Street, Richmond Hill, on Friday 28 February at 17:30 for an evening of storytelling in Isixhosa, English and French!

Storytelling has proven to be an effective tool for both learning and entertaining throughout the ages. It is an important tradition which has the power to help forge connections between people and ideas, and has endured as a medium to do so. Stories can be told and enjoyed by children and adults alike, and they can convey the culture, history and set of values that have bound and still bind people together.

In this spirit we invite you all, adults and children, to come listen to some stories. This event is free, family friendly and there will be a cash bar available
