In 1990, Pastor Brian and his wife Margaret were sent as missionaries from the United Kingdom to Phuket, Thailand to initiate a church plant. When he came to Argentina for his first Harvest Conference in 2007, Pastor Brian had 43 members in his congregation. Upon returning, he immediately began to train his congregation in the 5 Paradigms for Nation Transformation and the principles of Prayer Evangelism to see the city of Phuket transformed. Incredible miracles began to happen. The Mayor of the city embraced the principles of transformation and quickly introduced measures to reduce corruption in government resulting in the formation of a “returned bribes fund” totaling $7 million USD which was used to help meet the needs of the poor.

City services have improved and the police force and businesses are seeing answers to prayer on a regular basis. Whole villages have come into the kingdom of God resulting from extraordinary miracles at the hands of Brian’s congregation, which now numbers in the thousands.
