This event will bring awareness around the importance of staying fit and healthy using any form of exercise exposed to you. Our Family Day will showcase Aerobics, Soccer, Netball and TikTok dance challenges. The event will be FREE of charge, targeting all age groups and bringing our communities together through exercise.
