The Francois Ferreira Academy provides quality, accredited training in Culinary Art and Hospitality in George.  The Academy has a variety of National and International qualifications to choose from.  Chef Francois is the principal of the academy, Bailli  De?le?gue?, Honoraire of Bailliage National d’ Afrique du Sud, a member of South African Chefs Association, the Academy of Chefs, and the South African Brandy Guild, a published author of  award-winning books and well loved TV and Radio Personality.

Chef Francois will launch his distance learning course in Port Elizabeth together with evening cooking demos. 

We would like to invite book, dinner, wine clubs as well as foodies and GM’s or Food & Beverage Managers from Hotels and Guest Houses.
