The Nelson Mandela Bay leg of the Global Diabetes Walk/Run - a 4km or 8km fun walk/run.

Where

Lake Side, North End Lake (using Fettes Road entrance to the grass parking area).

When

Saturday 23rd November 2013, starting at 9am, followed by 11am lucky draw prize giving.

If you are bringing a PET, it must be on a leash at all times. Poop bags must be brought and you are required to ensure all poop is cleaned up along the way.

T-shirts for the first 500 entries (sizes can't be guaranteed - given on a first collect basis on race day to the first 500 pre-entries)

Event Registration

All participants are required to report for registration to collect race packs from 7am on Race Day. All entrants are also invited to the Pronutro Breakfast Bar between 7am and 9.30am on race day.

Prizes

We would like to keep this event as fun as possible so that participants keep focus on the objectives of the event. As such, no times or positions will be given for the event and all prizes will be by lucky draw (randomly based on your race number).

A prize giving ceremony will take place at 11.00am with all prizes by attendance. No prizes will be kept for participants not present or not wearing their official race number.
