As the festive season draws near, Hyundai proudly launches the Hyundai iXpress Roadshow, featuring their stunning signature iRange of vehicles, the i10, i20, i30, and the 2011 Wesbank / SAGMJ Car of the Year Finalists, the recently launched iX35 and Sonata. This roadshow will see the entire iRange travel to popular destinations across the country supported by a fun, consumer-driven online voting competition. Prominent South African celebrities and media will officially launch the event on 13 November in Soweto, travel to 18 destinations and end back in Johannesburg in January 2011. As the iXpress Roadshow makes its way across the country, it will stop at major centres and holiday destinations, enabling the public to stand a chance to win an iPod. All those who are brave enough to step on stage to showcase their individual talent during an "Xpression Session" will be recorded and their video uploaded on the Hyundai SA Facebook page. From there, the person with the most votes wins a brand new iPod. They will also stand a chance to win an iPod on the spot as audiences vote for the individual who expresses themselves the best. Having proven to be an exciting player in the global automotive industry, Hyundai is maintaining its frontrunner role in their commitment to green energy, with the funky i10 voted the most eco-friendly compact for 2010 in the United Kingdom. The iXpress Roadshow will also be South Africa's first entirely climate neutral roadshow as Hyundai will offset the carbon used on the roadshow to minimize the impact of the event on the environment.
