International Coastal Clean-Up Day at various Beaches in the Metro
International Coastal Clean-Up Day is taking place this Saturday 21st September all over the world, despite the rugby world cup. Thousands of tons of wastes are removed in a single day by tens of thousands of volunteers globally.

Last year, in Port Elizabeth, over 2000 people joined in and removed over 15 tons around our coast.

Here is the list of clean-ups organised in and around Port Elizabeth this year. Most will be finished by the time the rugby starts… All welcome to join!

Plastics SA will provide bags for most of the clean-ups.
