10km Fun Run along Port Elizabeth's beachfront as part of the Ironman South Africa race weekend - women only event! The Iron Girl global series is all about women’s fitness and good health along with a serious dose of good spirits. Women aged 14 years to 75+ years may enter the event. Each athlete will receive a gorgeous K-Swiss Iron Girl race T-shirt, as well as a finisher medal once she crosses the line! Prizes for top 3 in each age group. 1000 ladies took on the challenge last year, now let's grow the event even bigger!
