"Juxtapose" by WGRUV Dance Company

Johannesburg-based dance company WGRUV (pronounced “W-Groove” - taken from the family name of founder Holly Gruver) began their 2026 season with a highly successful return to the Roodepoort Theatre with their brand new show, JUXTAPOSE. “Poetry in motion” said The Citizen while audiences raved about the phenomenally talented dancers, the emotionally charged performances and the breathtaking artistry that brings every moment vividly to life.

This week, WGRUV Dance Company returns to the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex from 30 April to 02 May, bringing Juxtapose to dance lovers in Gqeberha. Thursday's dress rehearsal at 16h00 is for students and school groups, R50 per person plus a Q&A session with the dancers. To book email tanya@wgruvdance.com.
