Music! Movies! Magic!

The show features songs from movie classics such as The Lion King and the Little Mermaid to modern retakes on Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin. Audiences can jump up and down to Everything is Awesome, groove to Minion’s Happy or feel the chill up their spine with A Million Dreams, When You Believe or Evermore.

Music! Movies! Magic is directed by Rose Cowpar with Vocal Direction by Angela Freer and Choreography by Sian-Beth Hitchner and Abigail Ranwell. The adult cast features G&S award winners Alieshea Vanderryken, Brooklyn Plaatjies and Duane Kriel leading a group of exciting newcomers; Caitlyn Clark, Caeleigh Heradien, Sebastian Mostert and Aiden Syce. The 11 strong kids cast is a real family affair with sisters Scoutt and Scarlett Mey-de Lange who charmed audiences in The Sound of Music, panto regulars Hope and Savannah Meyer and brothers Jaden, Jared and James Chipunza who are loving their first time on stage. Erin Bartlett, Elle O’Reilly and Ava Kotze round out a very special group of talented young people.
