10 hours of fun running (and walking) and cheering and being together.
Teams of 4 doing a relay or individuals running the 5km parkrun loop at Grass Roof to see who can accumulate the most loops.
Beginning at 7am and finishing at 5pm, all in sunlight hours this autumn, participants will be treated to the best that Grass Roof and Soul Good have to offer runners, walkers, businesses and fun seekers.
