Port Elizabeth will again be hosting the first leg of the WSA Slalom National Windsurfing Tour, which will be held at one of our most esteemed beaches, Hobie Beach. The P.E. slalom Classic will prove to be a heated one, as the trophy was taken by a local sailor last year.
