POLMUSCA: National Unity Festival

The South Africa Police Service, Eastern Cape will be hosting this year’s annual Police Music and Culture Association (POLMUSCA) at Vista University, Missionvale Campus in Port Elizabeth for three days, from 17 – 19 September 2015.

The National Unity Festival seeks to showcase the country’s rich diversity in song from all nine Provinces (including the tenth choir from National Office). This National Unity Festival is aimed at bridging the gap between the police and the community in the fight against crime and also to boost the morale and strengthen the spirit of camaraderie in the service.

The event will be held under the auspices of Heritage Month and will be celebrated through numerous choral music and band competitions.

The Provincial Commissioner Lt General Celiwe Binta invites every citizen of the Home of the Legends (Eastern Cape Province) to come and witness this event of national unity. Admission is free – come one, come all.

Opening Ceremony - Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium (17 September 2015) at 11h00.

Competition Venue: NMMU - Missionvale Campus (18 & 19 September 2015) from 08h30.

Entrance is FREE!
