Pork & Cider Festival
We have another mouth-watering event planned at Bridge Street Brewery this weekend – our first Pork & Cider Festival taking place on Sunday, 30 April - where we will be easing ourselves into winter and enjoying a relaxing afternoon with friends and family and some good old fashioned comfort food.
We will be hosting two seating’s, 12:30 and 15:00 for guests to come and enjoy the flavour combinations of our new head chef, Deon du Plooy.
On the menu for the day we will be offering succulent slow roasted whole pork spit, rested over-night in a Bowmans Apple Cider & sage infused marinade and covered in a Pink Lady Pear Cider glaze. This will be served with a variety of side options. R80 a head.
