The purpose of the training is to sensitize the South African work-force exposed to Government and international business to internationally standardized conduct. Furthermore, to teach them the latter, and to enhance personal and company image, as well as business opportunities for private, government and international organizations. There is a simple guideline for determining the correct path and it is this – empowering the end user. One needs to operate in a project environment by understanding the terminology used and interpreting and explaining fundamental concepts of protocol and business etiquette.
