This self-taught guitarist has a raw and versatile voice which she uses to tell an array of stories. Her style can be described as alternative art-folk, laden with rock riffs and blues notes. She occasionally throws in a rap or some pop sounds, and this artful mix of styles, together with her sincere stage presence, guides her audiences into experiencing a dynamic live performance.
Although she is new to the SA music scene, she has been gigging regularly in and around Cape Town and has already shared the stage with some notable live acts such as Josh Roxton, Lucy Kruger, Asanda Msaki and a variety of bands. She has also participated in the Pondo Live Music Festival in the Transkei and made a very successful impromptu appearance at Rocking the Daisies 2013!
