After a liquid appetiser, this easy, scenic seaside route starts off at the home of the Bluewater Bay Runners at the bottom of Tippers Creek and heads towards the first watering hole at the Bluewater Bay Lifesaving Club. From here, the race meanders into the residential area and the next refreshment venue on the menu.
From this point, the course staggers onward, to a local B&B, and with some luck, finds its way to the Sportsman’s Bar for further refreshments before returning to the Club House at the bottom of Tippers Creek for a final round of refreshments and a braai.
The start will be at The Scout Hall at the bottom of Tippers Creek.
Entry forms are available from local sports stores. Late entries are taken at the start from 13h00, and each entry includes a book of tickets for the refreshments at the "watering points".
