SA Cross Country Championships

The SA Cross Country Championships will be held at the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Sports B Field on Saturday, 16 September. The Invitation-only programme starts at 07h30 and extends until 18h00. This is a family-friendly event which will be great to watch as men and women of all ages, from 8 to 80 years, compete against South Africa's best athletes.
