Join us at the beautiful St Peter's Rainbow Village in South End for a morning feel-good vibe with Secret Sunrise. Let's move together as the day starts with a beautiful harbor and valley view - connecting and celebrating ourselves and our city. Headphones are limited, so book in advance!

Join for the other activities happening around the precinct, soak in the beauty of the space — we’ll dance together into the morning with wireless headphones, guided movement, mindfulness and music. This forms part of a day of activities at the village! Join for the Secret Sunrise and stay for the day!

New to Secret Sunrise? It's a unique experience like nothing you've done before. On arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by facilitators to move! We blend elements of mindfulness, movement and storytelling. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome. In each session we aim to shake out stress and move toward joy.

When: Saturday, 21 February
Time: 07h30- 08h30 (Arrive by 07h15 to receive headphones). Stay for the activities throughout the day!
