Silver Lining EP Launch

Recording artist and songwriter, Faye Gatley, will be launching her new EP, Silver Lining, at the Music Kitchen on Friday, 7th June. Her debut album "The Way I Play" saw 3 tracks successfully playlisted across the country including her song "I don't wanna fight" featuring Bryan Mclagan. Faye describes her new work as quirky, fun and very honest.

Faye's band "The Soloflares" (Liska du Preez, Arthur Daniels) formed earlier this year and together the trio blends folk, pop and rock styles to form a mature "folksie pop" sound. Classically trained violinist, Liska du Preez' unique playing style fuses folk, rock and pop with classical elements. Easily blushable Arthur Daniels joins the ladies on guitar, vocals and boy can he whistle!

Joining them as guest star is very popular PE guitarist and rock vocalist, Wayne Kallis, who recently performed in Centrestage's Renegade Rockers.

The evening promises to be a fun-filled, foot tapping and great listening experience for all.
