Four days of Easter Fun in Nelson Mandela Bay

The 2012 Splash Festival promises four days of fun in Nelson Mandela Bay over the Easter Weekend, with a mix of local, national and international acts, as well as plenty of action in the water. There will be daily free entertainment on the beach-front from Friday, April 6 through to Monday, April 9.

And making a splash in the water will be lifesaving, jet-skis, surf skis, and swimming competitions, with beach rugby and beach tennis kicking up sand. The action starts at noon, and runs through to 11 at night. Highlights include Saturday night Fireworks and a taste of the Rio Carnival with Brazilian group Napalma on Sunday evening.
