Sunset walk

Our sunset walks are back!

Join us for a sunset walk on Friday, 19 November 2021 to watch the sunset at the Cape Recife Lighthouse.

Ticket sales will start at 17h30. There will be a short welcome talk at 17h45 and the walk from the SANCCOB Centre will start at 17h50.

Sunset is at 19h02 and moonrise is at 18h20. The cost is R50 for adults and R30 for senior citizens and children 12 years and under.

Bring a torch along for when it gets dark. We will walk from SANCCOB to the Cape Recife Lighthouse and the distance for the round trip is about 4 kilometres, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

COVID precautions measures for visitors include :
- wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth
- practicing social distancing
- use sanitizer (provided)
