The Lovehouse Experience Lamentations Concert

The Lovehouse Experience Lamentations Concert will be the first of its kind for PoeticSoul Lovehouse of Entertainment, and is set up to be an annual feature in our calendar of events. The idea behind this concert is to celebrate the strides made by our Lovehouse Experience program, which recurs monthly and will reach its two years milestone in February 2021; as such our two year growth will be underscored by a concert celebration, whose theme is aimed at the response of the prevailing circumstances of our current times, and to mainly feature PE natives in our line-ups. The fashion of the concert is aimed to be professional and intentionally positioned to showcase the best of PE, and the Eastern Cape. For our debut, the concert will play under the theme of lamentations, with the intent to connect the audience; live & virtually, spiritually as far as the impact of COVID-19 has devasted us. Not only shall we be lamenting through music, theatre and poetry, we will also be preaching hope towards the light at the end of the tunnel.

Who will be participating?

The artists that will form part of the line-up are Xabiso Zweni, Dumza maswana, PoeticSoul, Nomabotwe Mtimkulu, Sihle Sefute, Ntsika Ngxanga and Putuma Tiso. These artists will be supported by a local choir and a resident band in an hour and a half long production of song, theatre and poetry.
