The South African Wine Course - Level 1

The Cape Wine Academy offers an educational wine course for members of the public, travel & tourism industries. Level 1 will be introduced learning about wine styles, the effect of wine on the taste of food, vineyard and wine-making practices and how the contribute to making a quality wine. A tutored tasting will take place at this presentation. Exams to be written on the Tuesday after the course, receiving a diploma on passing.
