The Taste of Wine

On October 31st, a wine tasting fundraiser will be held at the Old Grey Club (2 Lennox Str, Glendinningvale) in Port Elizabeth. All proceeds go towards the Victory Kids Early Intervention Centre, situated in Newton Park. The organization caters for children with special social and educational needs from the ages of 2-7 years old.

Victory Kids is a non-profit organization whose "little warriors" suffer from Autism, Down Syndrome, hearing impairment, delayed speech development, minor physical disabilities and Autism spectrum disorder.

Tickets cost R100.00 per person and include the tasting of various wine brands, a delicious meal and a single raffle entry. A table cloth uniquely created by the children of Victory Kids themselves, will be auctioned off towards the end of the night. There will be a raffle draw and cash bar available.

Currently in a leased venue, the organization dreams of one day having their own venue and being able to accommodate more children of the same nature.
