• Organized in accordance with the rules and regulations of EPA and ASA.
• The race committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
• Entries can be handed in at Brian Bands, Action sports, Brockett Sports, The Footballer and Walker Drive Shopping Centre Office Management, or contact Jackie 0731 484 623
• Registration and collection of Race Numbers will be from 17h30 on Friday 06 June and 05h30 on Race Day at Walker Drive Shopping Centre.
• Entry fee is non-refundable
• The Indemnity must be signed.
• Traffic officials and marshals must be obeyed at all times.
• The prize giving will take place at 09h15 at the Start/Finish line at Walker Drive Shopping Centre.
• Cool drink and food stalls will be available at finish – Walker Drive Shopping Centre tenants.
5km FUN RUN
• There are no clothing restrictions for the fun run, but should you wish to run in a Super Hero Themed outfit we know you will have loads of fun. This race is to honor your very own Super Hero’s. For the SuperD Foundation it is handicapped and critically ill children.
• The 5km fun run will start at 07h05.
• All entrants must be 9 years of age or older on race day, or be accompanied by an adult.
• Cut off time for fun run is same as for 10km – 1hour and 45 min
• One refreshment station will be provided at 2.5km
10km ROAD RACE
• The race starts and finishes at Walker Drive Shopping Centre. The Race starts at 07h00
• All entrants must be 15 years of age or older on race day.
• Temporary License is compulsory for all unlicensed athletes.
• Licensed athletes to wear club colors.
• The official cut off time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Three refreshment stations will be provided – 3km, 5km and 7.5km
