Youth in Business Dialogue Motivation:

The youth could and should be inventors of their own theories, critics of other people’s ideas, analysers of evidence, and makers of their own personal marks in the Nelson Mandela Bay and Eastern Cape. This spirit will lead to the following:
o Increased number of youths of formalised businesses in construction, manufacturing, franchising, tourisms, agriculture
o Increased number of youths trained in business plan development
o Increased number of youths accessing the loans
o Increased number of youths employed by fellow youths
o Formation of a strong NAFCOC Youth Nelson Mandela Bay Executive Committee to participate fully in the chamber of commerce and local economy engagements
