ECMeetUp 2017 - Where business and bloggers meet

The East Cape blogging community is gearing up for an end of year party of note and this time around local businesses are invited.

The planning duo of Eleanor Douglas-Meyers of JustEllaBella and Luchae Williams of My Spreadsheet brain are opening up the event to allow for an open dialogue between bloggers and brands.

“We hope to use the platform in a way to promote local businesses to a broader audience and think that facilitating a meeting between influencers and brands is the way to go,” said Douglas-Meyers

Williams added that they would be bringing in both local and national brand ambassadors to speak at the event and give influencers insight in to what is expected of them while giving them the chance to ask questions and raise concerns.

The event takes the form of sundowners and a meal starting  at 4pm at The Boma on Saturday, November 11. The owners of The Boma and The Plantation Sarah and Ralph Dirsuwei have once again come on board as sponsors along with Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism and a host of local and national brands.

Tickets to the event at R150 each and include a goodibag and meal.
