Final weekend Bonanza at Fan Fest
For football fans without tickets to the stadiums for Saturday and Sunday’s World Cup matches there can only be one place to be: the FIFA Fan Fest™ in Port Elizabeth.
The organisers have pulled out all the stops to keep visitors to St George’s Park entertained until the very last minute of the tournament.
Fan Fest director Glenn van Eck says huge crowds are expected on both days and a possible record attendance for the final on Sunday is on the cards.
“What made the Fan Fest so popular throughout the tournament is that spectators enjoyed a spectacular big-screen view of all the on-field action as well as with top-class entertainment, for free!
“And this is exactly what we’ll treat visitors to this weekend.”
Kick-off on both days is at 8.30pm, but the action at St George’s Park starts long before that. The gates open at 1.15pm.
