Heritage Day Celebration
In celebration of Heritage Day on 24 September 2011, Bayworld entry will be free for all to the whole complex. The public is encouraged to pay us a visit and enjoy a variety of activities planned for the day.

The activities include behind the scenes tour of the Snake Park, behind the scenes tours of Cinderella Collection, Penguin March and crocodile feeding and much more.

There is a variety of interesting displays in the museum to enchant you including a special display on the “Africa’s lost world “ a robotic display of African dinosaurs, and the Pram Exhibit is one of our latest exhibits. See how prams have changed over the years. Stroll through the museum and view the interesting display of local shipwrecks, unusual and unique artefacts on display in the Curiosity Corner as well as the mysterious Beaked Whales.

Visit the Snake Park and view a variety of Eastern Cape reptiles while strolling through the Snake Park.

Bayworld opens at 09:00 and closes at 16:30.
