The Health and Fitness Expo will open its doors during Ironman South Africa race week and is a must-see for anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle as well as bask in the electric atmosphere of Ironman South Africa race week. The all-new Health and Fitness Expo will take place at the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex.
