Rollercoasters and Social Media

I hate rollercoasters, especially when they go on for over a year! That’s been our year in tourism but finally we have the opportunity to host domestic summer visitors again. It’s up to you now as to whether they will post great social media about our destination and whether they come back again.

Here are a few things that you can excel at:

  • Truly get in your visitors’ shoes, know what they are passionate about and act as their holiday consultant,
  • Please help them to download and look at our tourism app. It has great uncrowded activity options in and around NMB for families to enjoy.
  • Download it from the App Store or Google Play, and
  • Ensure that you make them feel safe and cared for by being anal about your pandemic safety protocols.
  • Don’t skimp or relax on these, Load any small outdoor events you hear about onto the NMBT website – nmbt.co.za.

Your visitors have chosen NMB and you from hundreds of other alternatives. They are tired, sick of being confined to some or other extent and seriously need a holiday to rejuvenate and face 2022 with energy and hope. You feel the same as they do but you bear the responsibility to set you feelings and weariness aside until after the holidays. Please go out of your way to delivery an awesome visitor experience!
